**S’MORES cookies - thick-style choc chip cookies with a homemade graham cracker crunch swirl and goooooey marshmallows
**Espresso Nutella Shortbread Sammies - back by popular demand, and decaf so you can eat them before bed :)
**Peach Jam Thumbprints- smooth shortbread with a generous pool of sweet peach jam
**Chocolate Cherry Oatmeal Cookies - tart dried cherries marry perfectly with chocolate chips, chewy oats, and toasted coconut
**Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies - an absolute classic and so very addictive!
**Vanilla Bean Shortbread - very, very buttery and subtly salty. These the ultimate traditional cookie and the best shortbread you will ever taste.
