**Ube cookies & cream - beautiful deep amethyst colored cookies, studded with double-stuf oreos. These gorgeous cookies are super thick and decadent.
**Pistachio and dark chocolate thumbprints with apricot jam - Pistachio shortbread with a pool of fruity apricot jam, drizzled with dark chocolate and flaky sea salt
**Mixed berry buttermilk scones - soft and flaky with a deep golden color, filled with a generous helping of mixed summer fruit
**Key lime crinkle cookies - soft, chewy and absolutely addictive crinkle cookies bloom with real tart key lime juice
**Vanilla bean shortbread - very, very buttery and subtly salty. These the ultimate traditional cookie and the best shortbread you will ever taste.
